SMS Consent

CrewLeadPro ("CrewLeadPro", "we", "us", or "our") is a software-as-a-service platform used by small service businesses ("Operators" - contractors, therapists, and similar professionals) to receive and respond to inbound lead inquiries from their own customers ("Recipients"). This page explains the SMS messaging program associated with that service.

Program operator

The SMS messaging program is operated by Bindingstone LLC (d/b/a CrewLeadPro), registered at Altoona, WI, United States. Carriers may identify our traffic under registered A2P 10DLC and toll-free programs operated by Bindingstone LLC.

What you'll receive

Operators (business owners) opt in during their CrewLeadPro account onboarding by providing their phone number and checking an explicit SMS-consent checkbox confirming they want to receive lead alerts. Once opted in, they receive SMS notifications when a new lead is captured through their website contact form - typically containing the lead's name, phone, and inquiry summary so they can respond promptly.

Recipients (homeowners / end customers) who submit a contact form on a website operated by a business that uses CrewLeadPro may receive follow-up SMS messages from that business relating to their specific inquiry (clarifying questions, quote summaries, appointment confirmations).

Messages sent through CrewLeadPro are transactional and conversational only. We do not send marketing campaigns, promotional broadcasts, or third-party content.

Message frequency

For Operators: frequency tracks your inbound lead volume. Typical accounts receive between one and thirty messages per month.

For Recipients: frequency varies based on your interaction with the business you contacted. A typical inquiry generates between one and five messages.

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.

How you opt in

Operators opt in during CrewLeadPro account onboarding. After accepting an invite to a tenant workspace, the contractor is presented with an SMS opt-in step that displays the consent language, message-frequency disclosure, rate disclosure, and opt-out instructions. The contractor must enter their mobile phone number and check an explicit "I agree to receive SMS lead alerts" checkbox before notifications are enabled. A timestamped consent record is stored on the account.

Recipients opt in by submitting a contact form on the Operator's website. Each form displays explicit consent language at the time of submission, including the business name, the nature of messages, message frequency, rate disclosure, and opt-out instructions. By submitting the form you confirm consent.

How to opt out

You can opt out of further SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. We will immediately remove your number from the messaging program and send a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out.

Privacy and security

Phone numbers collected through the program are used only for the purpose described above. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure operated by DigitalOcean (United States). Carrier compliance

The CrewLeadPro SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM requirements as applied to texting, and the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook for messaging best practices. We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Carriers may identify our traffic under registered A2P 10DLC and toll-free programs operated by Bindingstone LLC (d/b/a CrewLeadPro).

Changes to this policy

We may update this SMS Consent policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the platform; continued participation in the messaging program after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
